Non-Discrimination Policy

Colorado Home Health is committed to providing quality care to all individuals regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.

We pledge to:

  • Provide equal access to services and employment opportunities without discrimination.

  • Treat all clients, employees, and applicants with dignity and respect.

  • Ensure that all policies and practices are applied uniformly and consistently to all individuals.

  • Prohibit harassment, intimidation, or retaliation against any person based on any protected characteristic.

  • Provide reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities to ensure equal access to services and employment opportunities, where applicable.

  • Ensure that all employees receive training on diversity, inclusion, and non-discrimination policies and procedures.

Any violation of this policy will result in appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contract termination.

If any individual believes that they have been subjected to discrimination or harassment, they are encouraged to report the incident promptly to the head of our HR department. All reports will be promptly and thoroughly investigated, and appropriate action will be taken to address and remedy the situation.
